Properly wash and cut 1kg chicken into pieces and set aside. Heat 100g oil/ghee in a pan, add 3 chopped onions and fry well. Add 3 chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp. Deggi mirch, 15g Dayjoy Chicken Masala, and salt to taste. Stir well and cook for 2-3 mins. Add chicken pieces, mix well, and cook for 15 min. Add 100gm of beaten yogurt and 60m1 water. Mix well and reduce the flame to low. Cover and simmer for 20 min. keep stirring occasionally. Add 2-3 tsp of lemon juice and 2g Kasturi methi. Stir and serve hot. 

Once opened, keep the Chicken masala in an airtight container. Keep it in a dry place Keep away from direct sunlight.
